Played a great set tonight as well as jamming with Darren Cummings & Vito de la Cruz. Confirmed the date (02/28/03) of our next Musician's Showcase appearance at Walden's with opening act Ember Society. That date happens to be Lenny's birthday, so it ought to be extra fun.

Well folks, it's 2003. Next month marks ONE YEAR of Burning Peace. I think we should have a party! If you want to be invited to the Burning Peace First Anniversary Whoop-dee-doo, make sure you subscribe to our mailing list!
Those of you who head to Walden's on a regular basis may have noticed Cap's absence from open mic night in recent weeks. Lenny and I sure have! Burning Peace without Cap is like Clint Eastwood without squinty eyes. Fuggeddaboudit!
So where's he been all this time? Well, we all know Cap's a big active outdoorsy type, not to mention working a very physical "day job". With all that physical activity, it was just a matter of time before he went and hurt his back doing something you won't catch me doing. No sirree. If I can't do it from my desk, it isn't worth doing. 8-P
But seriously ladies & germs, Cap's on the mend and claims he'll be back for some recuperative skin pounding at this Saturday's open mic night. Lenny and I are SO looking forward to having our center back! Cya there.
